Items that have been worn, dyed, washed, scented, or otherwise used are not eligible for return or exchange. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and with original packaging and original product tags.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our support. We will attempt to intercept the order before it goes into production. Any order can be canceled before it is shipped for a full refund. Orders that have been shipped must be returned before a refund can be issued. Shipping charges associated with returns must be paid by the buyer.
Please include the original packing slip or a note with the return authorization number in the package. If you are unable to set up a return or exchange using any of the above methods, please include a note in the package stating how you would like us to handle your specific situation.
